Making A Difference in Louisiana.
Louisiana's rich agricultural industries contribute an average of $10 billion annually to the state’s economy. When the different support businesses and industries are added in, agriculture touches the lives of everyone in Louisiana, making them critical to the economic growth and prosperity of the state.
The effects can be directly felt in our local economy as well as our rich cultural heritage.

The Teche Growers Association formed in 2015 as a local agriculture organization consisting of 60 plus members. Comprised of sugarcane, rice, soybeans, crawfish and cattle farmers, agri-business and individuals, we focus on the education, promotion and preservation of the agriculture industries of South Central Louisiana.
